My Original SplashGuard doesn't fit as well as it did when I first bought it, is there a way to fix it? Yep. All you need to do is place the SplashGuard in hot water (hot tap water should be fine) for a few seconds. Then grab the sides of the SplashGuard and pull away from the center (like you're stretching Silly Putty). Don't pull too hard, there is a slight risk the plastic will crack. Let the SplashGuard cool (or run it under cool water) it should fit better now. Your packaging said that the SplashGuard fits all wide-mouth bottles, but it doesn't fit my new bottle. What gives?
At the time we designed and printed out packaging the SplashGuard fit all the bottles we knew of. Since then more bottles have hit the market and some of them don't work with the SplashGuard. Once we use all of our existing packaging we will change the wording, but until then you can check the SplashGuard Sizing page. We do our best to keep up with all the bottles on the market, but if your bottle isn't on the list, please let us know.
